Who We Are
28TH Seputeh Scout Troop as known as Pelicans Scout Troop is an open troop register under Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur in Seputeh District given troop number 28 with registration number M-14048. Pelicans Scout Troop with a mission of "Continuation of Scouting" to lead the young generation "Growth Toward Unity"
LEADING YOUTH TO LIFELONG VALUES
Pelicans Scout Troop is open to all from age 13 till 99 individual that interested in learning outdoor and survival skill through scouting method and to continue the scouting spirit.
What We Do
We have fun while learning and building character, teaching leadership and instilling good values in the boys. Boys Scout is led by the guidance of trained adult leaders through using the Patrol structure. Therefore, the boys decide what activities they want to do each year and with adult leader & senior scout guidance, do the planning for those activities.
